Confused

Hey, I just got my first cell phone on Monday through Verizon and it's a LG VX4500. I found this sight trying to find somewhere to download ringtones and I found them. But now I'm confused on how to download them to my phone instead of my computer. I'm really not that up on the cell phone stuff so if anyone can explain how to get a ringtone onto my phone, remember you're talking to someone stupid.

Wait for the phonearena.com to launch their wap site. Then just go to it and it should be pretty easy to download it directly to your phone..
