Syncing with V525/V600 and PC?

What software will allow me to sync my address book
and calendar on my VXXX Bluetooth phone with
Outlook? Or any other program as long as I can
at least back up the contact to the PC.

I have a cable and drivers and have flash/flexed the
phone.
