Blackberry 8700g problem

I’ve noticed that for some time now my 8700g can’t browse some web pages, which I’ve already browsed several times before and what’s bothering me more I can’t receive text messages, I can only send. I though it was my SIM, although I still can make calls from it, sio I tried with another SIM and everything was just fine. But do you think the problem is with my SIM or is it anything else?

there is 2 sides to your service voice and data...

on your phone number (which is your sim card) is the Blackberry data plan in place? or is it a tzones plan...(from what you are describing this is the most likely cause)

do you have text enabled on your phone number....

the other sim you are putting in for testing purposes... is that also another blackberry user?

in any case...call Tmobile from a landline...(800) 937-8997...settings and services need to to be verified...

if the blackberry you have you "acquired" on your own (unlocked from another carrier) I would not mention that...the carrier does not have to support a device they didnt sell...even if they sell the same model...
