which T-mo phone has best reception?

I have to buy a new phone to use at work, but it’s rather noisy there, so I need a phone with really very good reception. Can anyone suggest which T-mo phone offers such?

Lots of people reported that Nokia phones have a really good reception. My Nokia 6682 has an excellent reception. It’s the best phone I’ve had so far, but I bought it unlocked from CompUSA as T-mo doesn’t offer it. The price of a new one is rather high though ($400). You can try the 6100 series. I was told that there will be a newer 6100 model on offer quite soon.

6100 model is a very old model, unless you meant to say 6102 or 6101. Both phones are the same except one is for Cingular and the other is for T-Mobile. Myself I like the 6102 better, but if you are willing to wait a few more months, Nokia is coming out with the same model but with Bluetooth (6102i).

Notes from 4 Phones

I live with family in which we have used Motorola e815 (Verizon), and 5 T-Mobile phones of Motorola V330, Sony Ericsson T68i, Sony Ericsson T237, Nokia 6820, and Nokia 6010. Surprisingly, the Motorola V330 gives the best reception, followed by the Nokia 6010 followed by the Sony Ericsson T237, then Nokia 6822 and the T68i last. The V330 is the only flip phone, and the rest are candybar phones. Because of the reception, we ended up getting additional V330's on eBay, for our parents, whom really love this phone also. The V330 is the upper-end evolution of the exernal antenna V300/V400/V500/V525/V550 series, with only the V557 differing essentially by adding push to talk. Usually, you will see the Nokia 6010 as getting topnotch marks for reception, so the fact that the V330 does better kind of surprised us.

Nokia

T-Mobile already has the Nokia 6103 handset. Truly a delight for reception.
