media player problem on 920

I have problem accessing the media player on my 920. It’s like this since I activated the sero plan. Before then I could access all Sprint channels. All I get when I try to access a channel is the sprint vision home page. I can check the stuff, but I can’t access any channel. When I got the sero plan I was told that it is comparable to the plus pack for $20 and that I would be able to access sprint tv?! Anyone with the same problem?

Well, with SERO you get sirius hits and sprint tv. You also should get channel listing, but bear in mind that you’ll be charged for each channel. It sounds like there’s some problem with the handset itself. You can try fully resetting it - through dialing ##msl# to do a factory reset or through test mode (code 038).
