Better 2.0 MP camera - A800 or A940?

My brother got a small child and wants to take pics of him almost all the time. He, however doesn’t like carrying lots of devices on him, so he is looking for a phone with acceptable camera quality for online use and probably for printing. He’s narrowed his choice to these two - A800 or A940.Both of them have 2.0 MP, but which one makes better photos? Can anyone give an advice?

I haven’t seen a940, but I saw a pic on my cousin’s a800 and I was really amazed that phone camera can provide such quality.

I think a800 is better. Beside everything else, it has CCD sensor, while a940 has a CMOS one, which is inferior. This is an important factor for photo taking. A800 also has QVGA display and is much better for viewing.
