Nextel addressbook to Sprint?

I'm trying to transfer my Nextel addressbook over to my new Sprint Treo 650. My previous phone was an i730 with a sims card. I tried exporting my Nextel addressbook to an Excel file (csv). When I open the file to see if the contacts are there I see missing information, + signs instead of -, and no phone numbers for some contacts. Can anyone help? I have over 500 contacts to move.

hi can you export them to lotus account or to windows outlook and then synchronize them with teh treo
