MMS problem

It seems that I can’t save MMS on my 8125. Every time I get MMS it sends me viewmymessage.com site and asks me to put in the password and message id?!I think I should be able to save these pictures on my phone! Maybe there’s something wrong with the settings?

Probably something was not provisioned right on your account. Unfortunately, you can’t fix it by yourself. You’ll have to call customer service.

i had same problem, but i called cingular and got them enable my multi-media feature. now i can receive all my pictures and ringtones from other people. try it.
