Cingular service in t-mobile?

Can i get the t809 or the pebl but keep my cingular sim, as i have contract for some more years? do i have to get them unlocked, or are they already?

You'd better look at phones supporting both 850 and 1900 GSM bands as Cingular operates in both. Most (if not all) T-Mobile phones should be this way, but they have to be unlocked.
