Help/need loud & clear built-in speaker (unlocked/GSM)

Does anyone know if I can get an unlocked/GSM phone with a loud and clear built-in speaker (like the Nextel "i"/iden series) that I can put my Cingular sim card into? Maybe the LG 4700 or LG ux4750 might be good, but I don't know if it can be unlocked for gsm; and if or where it can be bought. I've been searching forever. Please help.

You should get a phone, that works on GSM, CDMA and iDEN phones can not work with GSM networks.
