upload ringtones

hey everyone i just got verizon wireless service with the pantech pn-215 phone. i just got done spending about an hour making a ringtone in midi format then i used the send flix thingy on there website to upload it. i recived it on my phone and can lissen to it but it saved it into the sounds and there is no option to set it as a ring tone. how do i set it up as a ringer. i used to do the same type of stuff with my old sprint phone with no problums but any help would be greatly appreatiated thanks.

also i would like to add that i can upload pix and use them as wall papers... it that helps at all
