Mp3 Ringtones

Hey there

Please can someone tell me what phone has the best/highest quality sounding MP3 ringtones (as close to hearing the mp3 on a computer)?

I've heard that alot have tinny sounding MP3 tones when set as ringtones. Maybe it's a speaker problem in which case maybe the question should be which phone has the best quality speakers?
