Transferring ring tones

I have a quick question. I really don’t know how to transfer my ring tones that I mad with me RingTone Media Studio to my phone. I have a Nokia 6102 and I have a CA-42 cable, and I created the ring tone, after I create it tells me to save it. The question I have is, where do I save it, and then how do I transfer the file to my phone? If anybody can help me, it will be greatly appreciated.
