Verizon Wireless PN-215, download ringtones?

just got this phone today -- does anyone know if its able to download ringtones?

I can't use the get it now feature at all and verizon refuses to give me a different phone. how can you get ring tones if the feature doesn't work? i am so mad.

try using a data cable and see if you can download from a computer to your phone if the get it now doesnt work, I havnt tried this but thought that it might work. just in case you wanted to try

Yeah, i think i have the same problem with the PN300 phone i
just got... now way that i can see where ringtones are downloadable,
even thought the owner's manual mentions that you can....Rob
