HELP!! what is the distance on the Blackberry 7230? Is it going to be constantly on roam while you are in the mountain regions? Reason for asking: Brother lives in Cascade Mountains of WA purchased a cell that was supposed to pick up everywhere, but this will not allow any of the funtions to work, as it is always on "roaming>" The product outgo was horrible. Could not use the other features (none of them) as the line is always on roam, He lost all his minutes very fast. We must locate a phone that he can use and depend on. But still looking. THe phone was purchased for its long range capibilities. Please help. We are currently looking at the RIM Blackberry 7230. I realize that it is sort of the "first generation" of this model. Please reply with any information that may steer me in the right direction. The carrier where he is Verizon.
