Cool HTC Touch Diamond Back Design for Verizon

So I've seen the back of the Sprint version of the touch diamond and I'm really not a big fan. I personally like the more "diamond" like appearance of the GSM version. What is the back of the Verizon version gonna look like? Do you think they'll stick with the "diamond" look on the back???

Oh I sure hope they keep the original design. I love the Diamond the way HTC made it. But I have a bad feeling Verizon will also stupidly uglyfy the phone, and take away its originality and style.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. haha

back design

they have used a larger capacity battery and the original back does not fit thats why the plain deeper back was used

Uglify

If you are a creative being, the Sprint version of the back really is open to personal adaptation. I just don't know if they will like it if you opt out and have to return it early.

I'm hoping they have the original back. Even if they use the extended battery, it shouldn't be a hassel to expand the battery case a half an inch to suit it.

If Verizon wants to be super amazing and gain a lot of respect, 1)they CANNOT change anything in the Diamond for worse or take anything away, 2)they will offer different colors like this...

and black of course

Why does any of this matter.... it would seem as if the phone is NEVER going to be released.

I finally got mine! And it does have the GSM Diamond back. To be honest, the phone looks almost the same as the GSM version. Kudos to VZW for leaving $**t alone for a change.

Performing a Hard/Master Reset will remove all of your data (settings, files, 3rd party applciations, etc.) from your device and will only reload the Windows Mobile Software and components.
The method for Hard Resetting/performing a Master Reset on HTC devices can vary by model. Below are the instructions for the most common method. If these steps do not work for you, consult your user manual or contact your wireless carrier for additional assistance.
