You should be able to upload ringtones using ActiveSync. After you connect your 6515 to the cradle (which should be connected to your pc), running Windows Explorer will show you Mobile Devices, under you should be able to browse the file system of your 6515 (upload/download stuff).

Try the software RINGO, you can set the mp3 songs as your ringtone!
