PPC-6700 External Hard Drive

Hi, does anyone know if there is a way to hook up an Audiovox PPC-6700 to an external hard drive and be able to pull info from the drive to the phone? I'd like to use it as an MP3/Video player and I have much more than the 1gb mini card holds. Thanks!
