Specifications of LG mobiles

hi,
I want to shortlist mobiles for my j2me application.for that i want the detailed j2me specification of Reliance LG CDMA mobiles.I searched in the net for that but i didnt get a bit of relevant information.
can anyone tell me whether LG RD6000 and RD6130 mobiles have the following support
MIDP2.0,CLDC1.1 and also JSR-75 support
If anyone knows regarding this plz help me
