Nokia 6102 - is this a video phone?

OR just a camera phone? Since it does have flash, does it take good camera pictures or video clips in the dark?

No phone takes good pictures, even the one that have flash
It still performs better, then phone with same camera unit and NO flash

And it is capable of video capture
