help with Lg c1500!

I just got a new lg c1500 and i really want to use this image composer thing but Im not sure how to work it. I uploaded my picture on the computer and sent it to my phone like ur supposed to but i dont get anything on my phone? Does anyone know how to actually get the pic on ur background?
