help please verizon lgvx8100

i have sucessfully used the usb cable and bitpim to transfer ringtones, but all of the sudden i got an error message and when i try to go into my folder for ringtones on the fone itself, the phone completly shuts OFF! i dont have any idea what to do please help

this happened to me and my 8100, just try using bitpim again and this time, make sure the folder that bit pim made in your my documents called db_blobs/ringers (or something like that) is empty. Now try sending five or six ringtones at a time (unless they are mp3's in which case only send 1) this should keep it running smooth. You should now be able to acess your ringtones.

oh and a side not, NEVER overfill your memory with a bunch of ringtones, this could be very very bad for your phone and there is no warning if you are about to.
