Why does Verizon never come out with any up to date flip phones

How come verizon never comes out with any flip phones that are state to the art.
Evey VZW flip phone is a MAX of 2MP camera and the screen res is always bad. does anyone know why this is?

I don't know but I've bounced back and forth between AT&T and Verizon over the years and its always over a phone. lol. Its been my experience that the phone I always want is on the other network. I've paid both networks to exit my plans early, and I'm sure I'll be doing it again.

yeah i completley agree that the phone is the deciding factor. I used to have the original chocolate flip (vx8600) and i loved it, but ever since i have not found a phone that does it for me. i have the LG Dare and im not for touch screens. i just wish they would come out with a good flip phone.

because they are too busy attacking the iphone. how pathetic of verizon. plus you dont pay them for a data plan so they dont really care about you too much anyway.
