tilt 2 with android?

Like many WM users I'm sure, I feel like the girl who sticks with the abusive boyfriend because "he's really nice when he's not drinking!!"

I want to get at a tilt 2, but since WM looks like its going down the tube, I was wondering if anyone knew when something like the tilt 2 but with android would be coming out for att.

I suppose I could get the new Droid, but i don't want to go through the hassle of switching to verizon unless I have too.

At the moment we haven't received any information about if the HTC Tilt2 will be released with Android OS. I doubt so, because this phone, originaly called Touch Pro2 (if I'm correct, sorry, I forgot how it was originally called), was designed only with the WM OS.

I read the news here at Phone Arena about the posible release of the HTC Hero for AT&T, which has included the Android 2.0 OS, and it may be released at early 2010, so you may want to wait until that date.
