Sony Ericsson G900i

Hello.
I have one question.
Do anyone know what is wrong with SE G900i.
I have it and when i get an text message, it doesnt sign on the display. i have to go direct to message box and search for message.

I like that the G900i has Wi-fi, but the screen is small, and I like the C901 for the cybershot camera it features.. i do not know which phone to buy. if anyone has any opinions please share with me.
