cant we all just get along!
hey yall!
I work for usc also, in the call center, and i have dealt with both agent and coorporate. And i dont think that one is better than the other, or that one makes more mistakes than the other. We are human, we all make mistakes! I think it really depends on each individual, thier attention to detail, thier passion for the company, their utilization of resources, how close they listen to the customer, and thier willingness to wow that customer!
Remember guys, we are all part of the same team, and true embracers of the D.O. dont pass the buck, or point fingers. We embrace eachothers mistakes, learn from them, and empower one another with our knowledge. ONE TEAM! ONE GOAL! Lets stop bickering, and do it the way the DO says we should
