hi there i just bought this nice touch phone s5233 and it's really cool but there's something i don't get. u see when i want to set a background display.. it shows up as a 3 part picture..which i can chose among by scrolling either to the right or the left.. but i want to put my picture on just one of them and it can't get done so i fu have any idea what to do i 'de really apreciate it coz it's driving me crazy.

The Samsung star GT S5233A does not support apps that are directly put into its memory... Find the suitable applications on the internet.. your .jar files.. Upload these to any free wap uploader such as davidpye.com/wap and download them files from that site through GPRS.. there is n0 other way you cn put softwares in it... I've tried the wap uploder method and it works...!!

The GT-S5233A has a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels for one screen. If you want to make a background image on the main screen you have to have 1 image with the 3 separate images together with a resolution of 720 x400. Use photoshop or another image program, save the file as a jpeg or jpg (same thing). Put it on your phone and set it as a background.
