Is it possible to switch a phone

hello i have a question (don't laugh pls). I have purchased the voyager a week ago and i wish to switch it for a cheaper one. Is that possible ? And will they return the price difference to me?

I don't see a problem in doing it, but your best bet is to do it in the first 30days from purchase. I doubt the will give you the difference back, they will probably use the difference for a prepayment for the next 1-2 months. :)

Yep better hurry up! The longer you wait, the lesser is the chance the reps will switch it. Go there ASAP, and don't forget to bring the phone, original packaging and everything that came out with it.

Under the Worry Free Guarentee, Verizon Wireless lets you test you phone for up to 30 days and if you don't like it you can return the phone and get a different model. If the model you decided to get it less than the model you have now you will get a refund. If you billed it to your account then you will see the credit for the phone you have now and a debit for the new phone you get if you bill it to the account. If you paid for it with your CC then you will get the refund on the CC and charge the new one on your CC or account.

Also just know the WFG only allows you to switch to a different phone ONCE! Make sure the one you switch to is indeed the one you want.
