Motorola W755 is now available

Today, the Verizon online store received a new addition, the moto W755 clamshell. The phone can purchased for $119 with 2year contract, but with online order the price is down to $69.

So far it seems to be semi-decent for a Motorola phone. We'll see though. If anything, it seems like the best moto phone in recent years.

It's a cheap phone, moderately good looking with basic features. I guess it is OK for the price. But i'm more of tech geek, and like them with a bit more features

It kinda resembles the razors, btw the Purple one caught my eye :D. I like thing that are colorful.

The purple really does stand out in the crowd, it looks like some cheap toy, without much features. I guess the price justifies the lack of features.

You guyz really like the loud colors don't you :D. I can never picture myself using a purple phone, hell i don't even like the clamshells. But for that kind of money and with a black color option i may consider it :).

Surprisingly enough, we've sold a decent amount of the purple ones in our store. It is just a basic phone, not a lot of frills. For the money it seems like a good buy so far. No issues as of yet.

Why surprisingly ? I bet most of the phones were bought for their daughters and nieces. Purple is something different and out of the box, so this shouldn't be something unexpected.
It is one of the very few purpose built phones these days, it is made for calling and nothing much except it :D. It is nice.
