Env2 Call quality sux :/

I bought the phone a week or so ago and is driving me nuts. The sound quality is the worst i have ever seen on a phone. People i call (most of them) say the hear me reasonable well but the situation on my end is terrible. What should i do? The signal is strong 90% of the time is full bars.

I would either take it back to the store and have a tech look over the phone tomake sure it is not a defect or call Tech Support. You are within your 30 day trial so you would get a new phone. This is the first reception issue I have heard of on the EnV2- it could just be a defect in your earpiece.

you are probably right it may be a defective unit :/. I'll take it to them, but i never expected this from a brand new phone.

As a technician I have yet to see a reception issue with the enV2. Take it back and have it replaced with a new one or try something different.

Its either the recieving ear piece, or the receiver itself. Either way, its a defective unit. Get it swapped. The phone overall is FANTASTIC!!!
