Nokia BH-902 problems

I bought Nokia BH-902, the one with OLED display, but after 1-2 hours of usage it get stuck and i cant reset or turn it off. Can i fix that, or i'd better return it ?

Bought a Nokia BH-902 less than 2 weeks ago. Have maybe an hour of time with it. Now, it is unresponsive to any buttons -- just displays the bluetooth (connected) icon, phone off hook (it isn't), message envelope and the battery. Have waited three days for this thing to power down or run out of juice, but it hasn't -- and it doesn't respond to any button commands.

Am VERY disappointed thus far. Will send back to Nokia. I hope I don't regret my E71 - a replacement for my blackberry.

Found the users manual online as a PDF. Found out if I did the reset (power/call buttons at the same time) when it is plugged in to the charger, it will reset properly.

Hope my volume control issues will go away as easily. Seems to be permanently set to mid-level, but maybe I'll learn to use it properly yet.
