I have a very large contacts database because of work. My contacts Notes field is used extensively. I would also like to synchronize email between my desktop and my smartphone.

The TyTN 2 has 256 MB ROM, if this is not enough, will the phone book and synchronized email be limited to this internal or system memory? If I put in a Mini-SD card, will the phone book and email be able to use this?

Will the incoming email go into this 256 MB ROM or can it be diverted automatically to the Mini-SD card?

Yes the phonebook capacity is limited to this internal memory, but 256 MB is a lot so dont worry about your contacts... and the emails... try to not use POP3 access...
