E51 purchase?

Hi all,

I'm looking at the E51 and think it will fit the bill. Hopefully someone can answer my questions.

1. Does it function at 3G speeds on AT&T's network? I now HSDPA doesn't work.
2. Is Exchange ActiveSync included at no extra cost or do I have to purchase Intellisync? I can't find it for purchase anywhere.
3. Best place to buy? Ebay? Expansys? Nokia store?
4. Will it be offered as a US product through AT&T or T-Mobile?
