Worst set up of Nokia at Delhi in India

The Nokia India is not able to give service to the genuine customers. The technical experts at their Nokia care set ups do not know anything. They only make people fool. Can any technical person name any Nokia care centre in Delhi who is equipped with even a single knowledgeable technical staff. Staff at Nokia care only tell false stories to innocent customers. You visit any of their centre and talk to them, and would found that these persons do not know anything. I have strong belief that original Nokia company must not be knowing how NOKIA India is cheating their innocent customers. Just spare one day and talk to each person visiting there. Then you will come to know the factual position. Each nokia care is making fool of their genuine customer and only making money in fraudulent manner. To my experiences at these centre I feel that each centre must be successfully extracting between Rs. 30,000/- to 50,000/- on daily basis only on account of repairs. The hapless clients do not have any option but to give them money. I have the worst experiences with Nokia

Firstly, I purchased E-50 Nokia on 30/6/2007, the very first day I found that there is some problem with the new set as its loudspeakers got activated some time at its own (when a call was on) and during that particular call then the call gets hanged and you cannot come out of it until you switch off the phone. The Nokia repaired it at their Noida set up through Nokia care. But the problem still persisted. Though there were so many calls from NOKIA but they could not get the tune the faulty set. I could sense that there was design problem therefore, then I sold it in half price within a month period.

Then I Purchased a New Prism Nokia 7500 IMEI no. 356440013311699. It was again my mistake to go for NOKIA. There were a lot of problem is the new set. In-fact I could judge that their business has increased so much in India that they are not able to keep up the quality and Indian persons involved with this company are busy only in making money. No proper service is given by them. I have received calls from NoKIA company also as I had given letter to many press persons. But Even persons at nokia are not able to solve the problem. In fact they do not have even basic knowledge. The NOKIA had given me another new set having IMEI no. 356 4400 125 71 665, but I found it more horrible than the earlier one. I understand that they must be making me fool by exchanging my phone to another faulty phone. I requested them to give back my old set who was having lesser problem. Now to whom we should cry. Why this big company is not seeing the problems of helpless genuine customers and is cheating them.
It is my humble plea that please do not go for either E-50 or Prism 7500. Both the sets have design problems. Which nokia is not able to solve.
