Benq660C connection problem

I have Benq660C, sometimes I'm not able to recieve or make calls. Problem gets solved by rebooting the mobile. But this is happening very frequently. Is this a firmware problem? Can i do it myself.

Firmware upgrades are not a simple task and they can be dangerous for your phone is they are not performed properly. So I suggest talking to the manufacturer first to see if they have a remedy for your problem.
