is something wrong with my phone or is it the bluetoouth

ok......i got my fusic in late march and my bluetooth paired just fine, and worked great, but just earlier i accidently deleted the trusted device trying to connect, so i tried to pair it again and it WILL NOT pair with any device(bluetooth headsets) as well as not detecting any..........

i went to a sprint store and the just tried the same damn thing that i did and then told me that there might be a problem with the phone.............


so please if anyone has any helpful info in what might be going on, please tell me.....

P.S. in bitpim under the filesystem, in the bluetooth folder, it is empty...should it be?????

May be the easiest way to solve the problem is to flash your Fusic's firmware....

this may sound retarted but is the underlined firmware thing a link cause when i click on it it crashes my internet session.......

and also may sound like a dumb question but what is ment by "flashing the firmware" aka what does it mean and do to the phone and if possible step by step process for it please or a link to step by step process....

Your question is not stupid. May be the best you can do is to go in some sprint store and let the people working there flash the firmware of your phone for you.
The flashing of some phones firmware is like reinstalling the operating system on your computer (MS Windows, Linux, MAC ....)
