yea, i havent gotten it yet but i wud love to know how it is, i cant decide the 8700 and the 8600. is the 8700 worth 50 extra bucks?

my friend just got hers yesturday and is already having problems with it. she cant hear what ppl are saying to her so she has to send it back in for a new one
