motorola v550

Im looking for a new phone and i've set my eyes on the motorola v550.Is it any good and can i video call with it.
Oh and 2 more things can i send files throughthe bluetooth
and is the picture quailty any good.

Oh 1more thing sorrry but i know what triband mean s but does it extend to the likes of the carribean islands.

i think only canada and the U.S. are using triband phone anywhere else you could still use phone with lower bandwith

Lower bandwidth?? Hahahah what in the hell has bandwidth to do with tri-band phones? Tri-band means it can work on different MHZ - like 850/900/1800/1900.. it does not mean that at 850 mhz it can process less bandwidth ..
