add a quick shortcut to lg vx9800?

how do i add a quick shortcut to my videos and web browser? I used to be able to do this on my vx8500 just by holding up.

Did you search in the manual?
On page 36 you can find some info regarding the shortcuts - http://us.lge.com/download/product/file/1000000777/The_V_MOD_UG.pdf -the manual
may be there is more info but you must look for it ;)
