Looking for Sprint Tri-Mode Phone which Uses 600mW for Analog

Title pretty much says it all. I want a Sprint phone optimized for roaming, both on both digital bands and maximum power on the analog one. I realize this won't be a current phone. When I've made my choice, I'll buy it at eBay.

I'd also be curious why this information is so hard to obtain. I've searched the Web for days looking for a list of cell phones which has the analog power specs and have failed.
