Bluetooth transfer?

I have downgraded to the fusic from a blackberry because Sprint offered a deal my wife an i could not refuse. I was wondering if there was a way i could transfer all my contacts' information from my blackberry to my fusic w/o having to go through and do each one manually. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
