Kyocera Software kx2

I have searched the forum and find anything....Does anyone know of some phone software for your PC that where i could maybe sync my MS-Outlook to my phone...or even upload mp3 format to my phone...i know it is compatible..i check the documentation. I bought the software that Kyocera has and frankly is SUCKS........I have try BitPim and I dont think that is compatible....Any Ideas
