Fusic play's partial song

I cannot get my fusic to play a full song. The whole song is downloaded onto the phone but some songs play only a second, others 10 seconds, and some up to a minute, then the song starts to skip and changes to the next song. It happens when I just put one song on my phone and also when I put more. I am putting my music in the media folder. I have Itunes on my computer so the songs are in MP3 format and also have changed the format to windows media without any success playing a full song. Has anyone had a similar problem because it just seems like everyone is haivng trouble figuring out how to put music on the phone but not having trouble once the music is on their phone. What am I doing wrong here guy's?

Weird, never heard about such problem before. Looks like a software issue.

I am having the same problem I just brought the phone 2 days ago and some of my songs play all the way and most stop.Did you get any help with this?

Uh, mine too.
Actually it will play a whole song, matter of a fact I had it playin' @ work for like 3 hours the other night and no problem. Than like for no reason it stops. Notice when it does it still shows it is playin in the counter, but if you let it go it will count right on past the song leangth and no EQ movement also, could this be a version 12 software glitch. What software is everyone with the issue.
