A serious problew with my V3 phone, PLS help

OK! so my black Moto V3 that i just got from my bro is not working correctly. Like the camera works and the video works but i cant veiw my pics or videos it just gives me a loading screen and nothing happens. Can someone point me to the right driver to fix that or something. thxs in advance

If nothing helps, just re-flash your software and everything will be fine again.

I get this issue a lot here at the cingular warranty department. If flashing or doing a soft reset does not work, then call in for a warranty exchange. 1 800 801 1101
