Restricting Calls Though Lg Devices/ VZW Network

Hello, I have a LG VX9900 (Codename enV) phone from Verizon wireless service, I was wondering how you can block restricted calls, or how to choose a designated ringer, for restricted calls so when they call you can silence them. I know on the old Motorola RAZR v3c you could choose but on the enV you cant.

A trick that I learned on most LG devices, was the service menu, I wonder if there’s a backdoor to where you can destroy... I mean block restricted calls, any advice phone arena? (Besides changing your phone #)
