Adding iTap languages

Hi,

I purchased the V190. Looks like a great little phone! Is there any way I can add iTap languages to the phone? I would REALLY like to add Dutch. So annoying to type without the predictive text.

I have the phone tools software and USB-connection so I thought there should be a way to do this, right?
