I read this article on popsci.com

and decided to look at test mode to see what it was like. So after I played around in there, now I cant make or receive calls.
I talked to Verizon last night and they had me check some things with the NAM and said they couldnt fix it on the phone and I needed to get to a store.
Any help?
Im pretty sure I messed some stuff up on the page that looks like this:
ServOpt:
AudioOpt
Clear PDCs
GPS Sess
and so on......
