help needed with x620

hey...

i have a samsung sgh-x620 and a dsu-9 usb-to-serial data cable...

i have downloaded the appropriate PIMS from samsung site...i can transfer photos etc. from phone to PC , but i am not able to copy images/songs/games from computer to phone...

the upload option in software is disabled....

does x620 support PC to phone transfer??? or does it only support one-way transfer?
