no termination fee?

A colleague told me he switched out 6 months into his 2 year contract with Sprint and got away with no early Early Termination Fee because of an end date missing in the contract?? what'd ya think is it possible

hm I doubt.. but it's possible.... if it's true, then he got really lucky. what phone did he go away with ? :)

Hmm.. It seems unlikely that they would overlook something like that. Sounds like he got away with it because of some employee that didn't necessarily know what was going on..
