Hear a rumor Spint will be launching the Chocolate?? Someone else with a similar info...would luv it if it's true, great phone!

Sorry to disappoint you but I think this may not happen that soon. tha chocolate will def be available on sprint but it's not to be before the end of the year me thinks.. we'll see

Just to clear up. The chocolate is an exclusive only phone to Verizon. Big money paid for no other national carrier to get it.

Similar to what happened with the VX9800.

Some phones get so-many-month exclusive. But not this one.

And Verizon will be releasing colors. I will post in the LG and Verizon Section once I know which colors become available.

thats not true because in different countries virgin mobile has the first chocaltate it on their website check it out. it just hasent been in america yet on their company DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

And it won't, hence the exclusive contract in the US. And learn how to spell or use a spell checker.

ive personally like this phone, but its not the chocolate, its a similar to the chocolate buts this is a clamshell phone, and obviously it is for sprint coming soon.:o

You can take a Verizon chocolate and have it flashed for Sprint. Both are CDMA networks and it's an FCC mandate that all phones must be capable of being activated on like networks (CDMA, GSM, IDEN, etc...)

Sorry, I work for Sprint. we are not releasing that model of phone any time in the future. Yes its true you can get it flashed however functionality of said phone would end up being limited software wise and possibly MMS and Data as well. but you can give it a shot if you want.
